A Sirius Commitment
Peter "Pooch" Picucci and I
bought a house together in North Lawrence on December 10, 1999. This is the first house for each of us
and we are very happy with it.
- We have 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a total of 1702 sq feet

- The house was custom built By Gregory Gleason For his own residence in 1981.
- Improvements we have made:
- Had Apex Fence install a 6' privacy fence for our dog
- Had Deck boards repaired and stained.
- Replaced some handles for our Semco windows
- Added lighting to the back yard and electrical outlets to the deck
- Softtub portable spa (Jan 02)
- At first we had in the garage but have now moved it out to the deck.

- We mail order our chemicals from CNY Tubs
- Snyder Spa is a local place to get
chemicals for our Hot Tub
