- Hidradenitis Suppurativa
- I had 'aliens' growing under my arms for years before I finally got a name for the disease,
and now I am collecting information and web pages. It is NOT contagious, it is common disorder
of unknown cause in which boil-like lumps develop in the groin and sometimes
under the arms.
- I use Hibiclens daily and that seems to help keep it under control

- Get pleanty of sleep
- Quit caffine
- No greasy foods
- Generally take care of your body
- Washing daily with PhisoHex and applying Vagisil
Powder to areas that typically perspire a lot
- I use Hibiclens daily and that seems to help keep it under control
- Arm & Hammer spray deodorant (I don't use deodorant or shave)
- Vitamins C, E, a multi-vitamin, and zinc
