Star's Puzzle Friends

We are all puzzles made up of all the events and people who have touched our lives. These are the corner pieces, the edges of my puzzle. The people that have touched my life and made it better. Some for a short time, some forever, some as partners, some as friends, some as family. See either Illinois or Kansas or Scattered for other people that have touched my life.

My Sweeties:

Peter "Pooch" Picucci My friend for 10 years before we started dating and now my partner for seven plus years (a new record), the person I want to spend my life with. We have A Sirius Commitment together. He is ABD (All But Dissertation) student at the University of Kansas. Pooch
Andrea Lynn I knew she was a keeper after our first christmas togehter when I got clothes that fit and looked good on me. Anyone that knows how much I hate shopping knows how important that is. She keeps trying to give me some fashion sense but I think it is hopeless, we have learned to accept the fact that she turns many more heads then I do. Andrea

My Best friends:

Connie Gilbert She never answers her email so I fall out of touch but she's one of the people who knows me best. You know how some people march to the beat of a different drummer? Well those drummers follow Connie. She has helped me thru some tough times and makes the worlds best mashed potatoes. She teaches bead classes at Ayla's Originals in Evanston. I wrote a Poem about her from a time of life that seems many lifetimes ago now. Connie
Stacey Haysler We became friends at the rollar skating rink in Jr High School. I count myself lucky that thru all the troubles we have had we are still close friends. Founder but inactive member of The Guild of Santa Maria Stacey
Karl Denninger He can always give me a new way to look at things, and is my number one sounding board when I can't find how my puzzle fits together. Karl

The ones that will always be there:

Hilda Elizabeth Johnson Straf (Richardson) My mom either completed suicided or was murdered in 1991 but I remember her daily. There is now a tree and plaque in her memory at Baptist Memorial Hospital. (Now Baptist-Lutheran Medical Center) Mom
Holly Wilper Mother of my God-Daughter Rowan and her sister Willow, My horseback riding partner, Scotland travel mate (we went to every rollar coaster), and many other wonderful memories. The best ex-wife in the world. Holly
Ann HixsonDaughter, friend, mother of a future drummer and a star dancer. To bad Atlanta is so far away! (No Picture)
Maggie and Doc Waters Daughter, friend, mother of two beautiful brilliant children Maggie
Jeff, Heather & Eric Orth No web page but do have a photo of the people who provided me with family at a time I felt I had none. Hard to believe that Heather just started college and Eric is driving. Jeff
Steven Brust Author, drummer, Hungarian, friend. Was there when I truly needed him and for that I will forever be in debt. Introduced me to good scotch, coffee and great music. Bio I wrote Steven

Changed my life:

Barbara Weidman My foster daughter, my friend, bunny owner Barbara
Dr. Suzi Casement Pooch and I started dating at her wedding Suzi
Suzanne Kubota Roommate in college - "She was a big tough woman..." Hopefully moving to DC will mean I get to spend more time with her. Kubota

Faded but still in my heart:

Mike Mullen Without web page, but he is my twin in many ways. If I was a guy I think this is who I would be. (No Picture)
